I thought that I would break from the straight forward horror posts to share something which takes a bit more of a light-hearted jab at Christmas. Now that we've shared an abundance of dreadful sounds throughout the month of December, I hope you have yourself a scary little Christmas. It's got the shrieky and creepy melodies, and for the action its got the drums and Primal theming of the Predator. I think the two biggest influences to t he movie was Aliens, and the first Predator movie. The track is "The Chopper" in the Predator soundtrack.) But they only used it twice and only the first 20 seconds of it. (In the movie itself, however, they actually used a track from the Predator soundtrack, its not in AVP-R's soundtrack. Aside having it's own unique theme, if you listen closely, you can hear some bits and pieces of the other movie soundtracks, mostly Alien Resurrection, Aliens, and Predator. Predator Requiem was an AWESOME Movie, and the soundtrack is a major factor. (Long day.) But I finished it first thing in the mourning.Īliens Vs. I didnt listen to it all, I ended up stopping it and went to bed. As exhausted as I was I decided Aw **** it, and popped it into the laptop. I'd just got home from work when I found it in my mail.
